Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Services
We partner with Spring GDS for international logistics. Depending on your destination and selection at checkout, your order will be shipped using the following service:
- Spring Packet Tracked (tracked to selected countries, up to 9 status updates, no proof of delivery)
Delivery times vary by destination and do not include customs processing in the destination country.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT, GST, and other import taxes. (If you are unsure, please make sure to contact us at contact@apexero.com)

These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If customs fees are not paid, the parcel may be returned. Any unpaid duties or return costs will be charged back to the customer.
5. Delivery
Deliveries may be left with neighbors or nearby collection points if permitted by the local postal operator.

If the recipient is unavailable, a delivery attempt notice will be left.

After repeated failed attempts (typically 1–3 depending on destination), the package will be returned to us.
6. Packaging
We follow Spring’s packaging guidelines to ensure safe delivery: sturdy outer packaging, sealed boxes, protective fillers, and leak-proof packing for liquids.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal operators, or events beyond our control (force majeure). Our liability is limited to the compensation rules above.
